With a growing number of people actively choosing to consume less animal produce, one of the greatest challenges is in making practical changes both in and out of the home. Our aim is to increase awareness about the growing movement towards a flexitarian/plant-based lifestyle - inspiring everyone from home-cooks to chefs to add plant-based meals to their menus.

3-hour workshops for those wanting to learn more about the impact of our food choices on our health and the environment, as well as practical tips on how to introduce more plant-based foods in to your diet.

hospitality

Through our consultancy services, we help you to make sense of the plant-based trends; research, data, ingredients and recipes, and to adapt them to your restaurant’s food philosophy.

Organised and hosted an evening of presentations on the changing landscape of the food industry including: Danish Vegetarian Society, Naturli’, Souls, Simply Cooking, Oikos Copenhagen.

Bespoke menu creation including recipes, naming suggestions and interactive cooking demonstrations for restaurants, cafes and caterers wanting to introduce a wider variety of plant-based meals.

A week of food sustainability education and awareness events including; foods from around the world theme in the cafeteria, information and tasting amongst 3-11 year olds, and workshops for 11-18 year olds.

Plantier offers a badge to recognise and promote those restaurants, cafes and caterers that offer a variety of plant-based menu options. To qualify for this award, your restaurant needs to meet five criteria.
